Applying at Fairview Meadows is simple! Browse our available floorplans, select your preferred home, and click Apply Now to begin your online application. Once submitted, our leasing team will review your application and follow up within 24 hours. Upon approval, you will sign your lease electronically and pay your move-in costs to secure your home.
Most applications are reviewed within 24-48 hours of submission. Our leasing team will contact you with a decision and any next steps.
To complete your application you will need:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (see acceptable income sources below)
- 2 previous months of paystubs, and 2 previous months of full bank statements for each applicant of the age of 18.

Your deposit is refundable, minus any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear, outstanding balances, or additional applicable cleaning fees. Refunds are processed within 30 days of move-out per applicable state law.
Yes. All residents must maintain renter's insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to or at move-in. We also offer coverage through Foxen.

Our Aria is a 3-bed/2-bath single level home. It's a great fit if you want the feel and privacy of a single-family home without paying for space you don't necessarily need.
Our Cali is 4-bed/2-bath single level home as well, but it gives you that fourth bedroom, so it's really nice for someone who needs a home office, guest room, or just wants some extra flexibility. You still have two bathrooms, though, so you're gaining a bedroom rather than another bath.
Our Hayden is a 5-bed/3-bath two story home. You get five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and over 2,500 square feet, so this is really geared toward someone who wants substantially more space. It also features a den/office area in the front of the home.

Every home is professionally cleaned and inspected before move-in. Appliances and fixtures will be in like-new condition. Please complete your move-in inspection within 48 hours.
Absolutely! We will note your preferences -- corner lot, cul-de-sac, specific street, or larger yard, fence preference. Our team will do their best to match you.
Availability changes quickly! We recommend submitting your application to place a hold as soon as possible. Contact our leasing office for current availability.

We will notify you approximately 90 days before your lease expiration with renewal options. To renew, simply sign your renewal agreement online or contact the leasing office.
Rent can be paid securely through our Resident Portal online using debit, credit, Flex, or ACH bank transfer. Payments may also be made through Money Gram.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be applied if rent is not received by the 5th.
In addition to monthly rent, residents are responsible for utilities (billed based on usage), smart fee, and pet fees/rent.
Early termination is possible with 60 days written notice. An early termination fee will apply. Please review your lease or contact our office.
